Teams at Entrepreneurs' Organization

Manages relationships with 10–12 chapters and regional volunteer leaders, supporting chapter health, growth, standards, strategic planning, leadership pipelines, and regional programming. Serves as project manager for regional events, provides data-driven insights, tracks chapter and leadership metrics, supports directors and councils, and escalates operational risks. The role requires strong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, judgment, organization, and comfort working across cultures with up to 40% travel.
