Manage support billing requests, invoicing, invoice distribution, data entry, modifications, and issue resolution across multiple divisions. Use Excel, Word, ServiceNow, Ariba, Coupa, and EDI while meeting recurring deadlines and maintaining accurate procedures. The role requires collaboration with internal and external customers, process improvement, critical thinking, and cross-training within the Billing department.

Leads renewals for an assigned territory, managing client relationships, coordinating with field sales, executing renewal strategies and campaigns, achieving sales goals, maintaining sales data, and facilitating timely contract completion. Learns and communicates technology support offerings, develops territory plans, and manages internal sales processes and systems.

Drive Cisco software revenue, subscriptions, renewals, and Enterprise Agreement growth across an assigned territory. Develop pipeline, lead executive-level customer engagements, support software adoption and lifecycle initiatives, enable sales teams, execute demand-generation campaigns, forecast territory performance, and coordinate with Cisco, sales, engineering, services, and partner stakeholders.
