Generates new business, supports existing customers, and manages sales-cycle administration. Responsibilities include entering and tracking customer orders, coordinating deliveries and invoicing, resolving customer and supplier issues, assisting with quotes and returns, sourcing products, maintaining internal and external relationships, and identifying add-on sales opportunities.

Manages and develops a consulting engineering team while overseeing technical delivery, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, training, hiring, and employee performance. Designs and supports complex multi-vendor IT solutions, contributes to pre-sales engineering, develops bills of materials and statements of work, maintains vendor relationships, provides technical escalation support, and ensures solutions meet client business outcomes.
