Provide 24x7 datacenter support including provisioning, racking, migration and decommissioning of hardware; administer Windows Server and Active Directory; support SAN, storage, backup libraries; troubleshoot hardware, OS, and networking; use iLO/DRAC and KVM/KVMoIP for remote access; perform status reporting and customer communications in complex environments.

Design, build, deploy and support automated build and deployment pipelines across pre-prod and production. Maintain middleware (WebSphere, JBoss, Apache, IBM HTTP) on Unix, manage CI, version control, troubleshoot failures, improve CI speed and scalability, and document processes while coordinating with support, development, and engineering teams.

Conduct user research using multiple methods; create interaction designs, prototypes, and visual/graphic solutions for web and mobile; perform usability testing and evaluations using industry usability and visual design principles and prototyping tools.

Support and automate daily build and deploy activities across pre-prod and production environments. Maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage version control (branching/merging), troubleshoot failures, compile and deploy code, improve build scalability, and document processes while communicating status to product teams and program managers.

Design, build and maintain Selenium-based automated tests and a hybrid automation framework; develop and debug WebDriver scripts; use Selenium RC and Grid; integrate with Jenkins/Maven; manage code in Subversion; participate in all phases of the software testing life cycle (STLC).

Contract remote .NET/Kentico web developer to build interactive, dynamic websites. Requires front-end web development experience and familiarity with the Kentico CMS. Six-week engagement.
