Supports EQT’s natural gas marketing and commercial operations by drafting and negotiating supply, transportation, gathering, processing, storage, and asset management agreements. Advises on FERC matters, LNG, power generation, and data center supply arrangements, and provides legal support for acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. Delivers practical legal guidance to commercial teams while managing risk and aligning legal strategies with business objectives.

Administers commercial contracts, amendments, transaction confirmations, and related records. Coordinates routing, approvals, execution, and issue resolution with Commercial, Legal, Credit, Risk, Accounting, and external counterparties. Maintains contract data in Salesforce, ETRM, and contract management systems; supports compliance, audits, reporting, process improvements, system enhancements, and stakeholder training.

Executes high-volume KYC and third-party diligence operations for LNG and LPG counterparties. Responsibilities include tracking documentation, sanctions screening, CDD and EDD support, rescreening, case intake, reporting, Salesforce data maintenance, and escalation of elevated-risk findings. The role will also expand into compliance control testing, remediation tracking, and coordination with independent testers. Success requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and the ability to manage recurring compliance processes.
