Leads Equinix’s Americas high-tech sales vertical, including sales directors, interconnection specialists, and representatives. Develops and executes sales strategy, drives revenue growth, manages strategic customer opportunities, and builds executive relationships. Establishes KPIs and repeatable sales motions, partners across Product, Marketing, Operations, and Sales, and provides market insights to leadership. Responsible for team development, performance, retention, continuous improvement, bookings, interconnection growth, and customer penetration.
