Lead and grow strategic, often global, customer relationships with C-level stakeholders. Develop and execute long-term account strategy, coordinate cross‑functional teams, drive pipeline, negotiate complex contracts and renewals, and mentor other account team members to achieve revenue targets.

Provide technical leadership for strategic sales engagements: develop repeatable solutions, run customer workshops, advise on network/datacenter/cloud architecture, create solution business cases, and enable sales and partners.
