Supports the design, integration, testing, validation, troubleshooting, and customer introduction of new cellular and RAN solutions. The intern assists with technical designs, configurations, test plans, software upgrades, fault isolation, performance analysis, documentation, demonstrations, and customer trials. The role involves collaborating with architects, engineering, product, delivery, and customer teams while developing expertise in wireless networks, systems integration, and emerging telecommunications technologies.

Tests and integrates Ericsson RAN hardware, software, and radio features in laboratory, field, and customer environments. Designs and executes test cases, configures testing environments, investigates failures using logs and measurements, documents defects, and supports resolution. Develops scripts and lightweight automation tools, contributes to CI/CD and version-controlled workflows, and collaborates with product, customer, service delivery, and project teams on certification and acceptance activities.

Owns sales strategy, pipeline, revenue growth, and executive customer relationships for utility accounts. Leads complex, multi-year telecommunications and managed-services opportunities from qualification and RFP response through negotiation and close. Develops account and opportunity plans, positions private LTE/5G and mission-critical connectivity solutions, coordinates cross-functional proposal teams, manages ecosystem partners, and drives expansion across Ericsson’s network, cloud, software, and enterprise wireless portfolio.

Leads Ericsson’s technology strategy for the T-Mobile customer unit, including long-term network vision, 4G/5G and cloud evolution, network transformation, deployment lifecycle management, and technology monetization. Builds strategic customer partnerships, develops business and sales strategies, drives innovation and automation, and leads high-performing technical teams across a matrix organization.

Tests and validates Ericsson 4G LTE and 5G radio software and hardware in laboratory and customer environments. Responsibilities include designing and executing test cases, configuring networks, troubleshooting and tracking defects, supporting integration and certification, producing reports, demonstrating pre-commercial capabilities, and coordinating with customers and engineering teams. The role also contributes to test automation, new product introduction projects, proofs of concept, and mentoring newer team members.
