Support Ericsson’s CTO organization on emerging technology enablement, customer-focused innovation, and technology strategy initiatives. Research industry trends, analyze information with AI-enabled tools, prepare recommendations and presentations, and contribute to network transformation, automation, standardization, regulatory, and technology planning activities. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders while gaining exposure to telecommunications, cloud technologies, AI, customer engagement, and strategic technology decisions.

Manage end-to-end Radio Network projects from design through final acceptance. Coordinate global and local teams, oversee timelines and project financials, manage risks and changes, maintain customer and stakeholder relationships, and drive governance, continuous improvement, and delivery standardization. The role also includes team leadership, talent development, and applying Ericsson network rollout processes and deployment methodologies.

Sell and position Ericsson's Business and Operational Support (BSS/OSS) solutions to tier-1 operators. Identify customer needs, generate opportunities via consultative engagement, deliver product/solution presentations and demos, collaborate with internal teams (KAM, marketing, technical support), develop business plans and initiatives, and provide thought leadership on cloud, virtualization, analytics and mobile evolution.
