Defines, configures, integrates, tests, validates, documents, and troubleshoots telecom software and network solutions. Installs and integrates hardware and software, develops scripts and test cases, supports customer rollouts, performs migrations and upgrades, and automates integration processes. Collaborates with developers, network engineers, architects, customers, and support teams. The role requires experience with SBG and BGF network functions, 4G VoLTE solutions, mobile network call-flow testing, Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, Prometheus, and Grafana.

Supports the design, integration, testing, validation, troubleshooting, and customer introduction of new cellular and RAN solutions. The intern assists with technical designs, configurations, test plans, software upgrades, fault isolation, performance analysis, documentation, demonstrations, and customer trials. The role involves collaborating with architects, engineering, product, delivery, and customer teams while developing expertise in wireless networks, systems integration, and emerging telecommunications technologies.

Tests and validates Ericsson 4G LTE and 5G radio software and hardware in laboratory and customer environments. Responsibilities include designing and executing test cases, configuring networks, troubleshooting and tracking defects, supporting integration and certification, producing reports, demonstrating pre-commercial capabilities, and coordinating with customers and engineering teams. The role also contributes to test automation, new product introduction projects, proofs of concept, and mentoring newer team members.
