Sell and position Ericsson's Business and Operational Support (BSS/OSS) solutions to tier-1 operators. Identify customer needs, generate opportunities via consultative engagement, deliver product/solution presentations and demos, collaborate with internal teams (KAM, marketing, technical support), develop business plans and initiatives, and provide thought leadership on cloud, virtualization, analytics and mobile evolution.

The IFM Contract Relationship Manager will manage supplier relationships, oversee contract negotiations, develop strategies, and ensure compliance and governance across regions.

Lead Integration Engineer to install, configure, integrate, deploy, test, troubleshoot, and support the Ericsson Wallet Platform and related digital financial services. Work with banks, operators, and vendors to integrate payment systems, perform SIT/UAT, deploy patches/releases, produce operational documentation, and support production maintenance windows and rollbacks.
