Leads renewable energy permitting and environmental review projects across Oregon and Washington. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, resources, multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agency coordination. Oversees land use approvals, wetland and habitat surveys, mitigation strategies, permit applications, quality assurance, risk management, and technical deliverables for utility-scale solar, BESS, wind, transmission, and related infrastructure projects.

Lead technical and business development for natural resources practice, providing senior oversight of biological resources, ecological restoration, habitat conservation, permitting, client relationship growth, mentoring teams, and delivering multimillion-dollar energy and infrastructure programs.

Lead CEQA/NEPA environmental impact assessments and permitting for marine and onshore power and technology projects. Develop permitting strategies, negotiate with regulators, prepare technical studies, mentor staff, build client relationships, and ensure project delivery meets safety, financial, and client standards.
