Develop and support geospatial ArcGIS solutions for defense agencies by discovering customer needs, configuring applications and information models, contributing to product design, documenting workflows, and collaborating across teams. Design and execute manual and automated tests for functionality, performance, scalability, and durability; assess product quality and release readiness; maintain solutions; and present them to internal and external audiences.

Own and scale Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP implementations. Design data collection architecture using Web SDK, Edge Network, and datastreams; govern XDM schemas, identity, datasets, and data quality. Develop tagging, CJA connections and views, audience activation, privacy frameworks, and event-driven data layers. Troubleshoot ingestion and identity issues, integrate Adobe ecosystem tools and downstream systems, and collaborate with stakeholders on scalable technical solutions, governance, documentation, and enablement.

Lead enterprise account strategies for AEC customers, grow adoption of Esri technology, build executive relationships, manage complex sales cycles, present at events, mentor teammates, and meet revenue goals while collaborating across internal teams and partners.
