The Operations Coordinator supports maintenance operations by managing service requests, scheduling vendors, and ensuring compliance with maintenance standards while fostering communication with residents and vendors.

Serve as the primary in-person contact for residents across a property portfolio, managing communications via CRM, facilitating move-ins/outs, supporting community operations, organizing occasional events, handling confidential information, ensuring compliance with housing and safety regulations, and providing exceptional customer service while working on-site five days per week.

Manage community accounting operations including posting payments, deposit accounting, month-end revenue management, and collections. Communicate with residents on move-ins, balances, and evictions; support legal proceedings and deliver resident notices. Maintain data integrity, comply with company policies and applicable laws, collaborate with internal departments, and produce ad hoc reports.
