Lead and scale Ethos's Final Expense sales organization: set strategy and KPIs, recruit and train licensed agents and managers, build playbooks and coaching programs, partner with Product, Marketing, and Finance on tests, staffing, and compensation, and drive a data-driven, high-performance culture to meet revenue and productivity goals.

Investigate offline and direct mail channel performance, attribution, vendor data, and measurement methodologies. Build response, lift, allocation, and regression models; manage direct mail testing data pulls and mail merges; create KPI dashboards; and communicate actionable recommendations to marketing stakeholders. The role requires proactively identifying opportunities, validating data and vendor claims, and translating complex analytical findings into business decisions.

Lead and develop a remote team of 5–15 licensed life insurance agents. Drive sales-target achievement through coaching, onboarding, nesting, performance management, hands-on phone support, and talent development. Build a high-performance culture, establish measurable goals, support agent ramp-up and retention, analyze performance trends, and partner with sales leadership in a fast-paced environment.
