Lead RedSkys Go-to-Market organization by aligning Sales, Account Management, Customer Operations, Sales Engineering, and Marketing. Own GTM strategy, drive revenue growth and retention, set priorities and metrics, partner with Channel and Product teams, champion AI and automation use, manage executive escalations, and develop leadership and operational excellence across customer lifecycle.

Lead and develop a Strategic Account Management team to retain and grow largest SaaS customers. Drive account strategies, executive relationships, renewals, expansions, adoption, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve retention (96%+), revenue targets, and increased platform adoption.

Design, build, and operate highly scalable cloud-native microservices and web applications. Own features from design through production, improve observability, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure, mentor teammates, collaborate across teams, and leverage AI developer tools to automate and accelerate engineering workflows.
