Teams at Evergreen Treatment Services

Coordinates onboarding and ongoing training for REACH and Community Justice staff. Designs curricula, facilitates training, manages calendars, budgets, vendors, and leadership development programs, and evaluates training effectiveness through metrics. Builds relationships with internal teams and community partners while supporting equity-centered, trauma-informed, harm-reduction, and motivational-interviewing practices. The role also provides training consultation, develops delivery methods, and requires local agency travel.
