Manages financial analysts and leads financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, close activities, cost analysis, and large-data analysis. Presents financial findings and recommendations to senior leadership, maintains accurate financial databases, monitors competitive conditions, and partners cross-functionally to support organizational financial goals.

Develops financial models, revenue and expense analyses, budgets, forecasts, and recurring financial reports. Supports month-end close, analyzes large datasets and cost trends, maintains accurate financial databases, and presents findings and recommendations to senior leadership. Partners cross-functionally to support financial goals and evaluates competitive conditions and business scenarios. This is a remote, full-time position requiring a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of financial analysis experience.

Designs, develops, maintains, and optimizes complex data systems, SQL databases, ETL processes, data warehouses, reports, and .NET applications supporting pharmacy benefit management. Responsibilities include database performance tuning, troubleshooting pharmacy claims processes, developing scalable solutions, documenting technical designs, participating in Agile ceremonies, collaborating with stakeholders, mentoring teammates, and ensuring healthcare data compliance.
