Coordinates quality assurance and performance improvement activities, including quality event reporting, data validation, compliance monitoring, performance analysis, client reporting, quality meetings, and action plans. Collaborates with department leaders to improve patient safety, service quality, and regulatory adherence. Supports training, onboarding education, QI program updates, and best-practice sharing. The role is remote but may require travel for organizational events, meetings, conferences, and client engagements.

Leads enterprise data strategy, governance, quality, reporting, and information systems for healthcare and PBM business units. Manages development and reporting teams, owns the data roadmap, serves as product owner, and partners with corporate and client IT teams. Oversees data platforms, AWS infrastructure, SQL databases, security assessments, compliance, issue resolution, and strategic data initiatives while promoting data-driven decision-making and standardized data practices.

Monitor and evaluate inbound/outbound patient calls for quality, compliance, and accuracy using scorecards; identify performance trends and training gaps; provide feedback and reports; develop and refine QA processes, scripts, and scorecards; collaborate with leadership and training to improve call center performance.
