Design and implement end-to-end data solutions on Microsoft Fabric and Azure for insurance datasets. Build ingestion pipelines (batch, streaming, API), Lakehouse architectures, and data models. Maintain accurate work order statuses, prioritize assignments, meet productivity and turnaround goals, and communicate unusual situations to management. Provide responsive customer service to policyholders, agents, underwriters, and managers while handling multiple time-sensitive tasks.

Support an insurance actuarial department by cataloging and classifying data, maintaining master data mappings and schemas, auditing data quality, enforcing governance policies, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, conduct Alation and Excel training, and lead data governance projects aligned with organizational objectives.

Lead go‑to‑market and close enterprise deals for AI/GenAI healthcare solutions across payers, providers, PBMs, and life sciences. Own revenue targets, shape solutions with architects and product teams, run POCs and demos, craft proposals and pricing, and present ROI/value to CXO stakeholders.
