Lead the architecture and technical direction of Generative AI solutions for Life and Annuities insurance operations. Design secure, scalable AI workflows using RAG, agents, vector search, and human oversight. Integrate AI with policy administration, underwriting, TPA, CRM, document, and partner platforms. Establish governance, security, privacy, monitoring, compliance, and nonfunctional standards while guiding cross-functional engineering teams and influencing enterprise technology strategy.

Assists with project estimation, planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, reporting, documentation, meeting administration, deliverable tracking, and file management for provider engagement and US operations initiatives. Requires basic project management skills, analytical ability, communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality regulations.

Lead technical delivery for Life Insurance and Annuity clients: design solutions and architectures, produce technical design docs, mentor distributed teams, drive code quality and integrations (APIs), maintain mainframe and .NET codebases (COBOL, C#, DB2/SQL), and leverage AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, custom agents) for automation and efficiency.
