Conduct phone-based premium audits for Property & Casualty policies (Workers' Compensation and General Liability). Obtain payroll and accounting records from policyholders, evaluate classifications and exposure amounts, manage assignments via a web-based system, and ensure audit accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Lead QA for data and ETL pipelines: design and execute test plans (functional, regression, performance, automation), validate database/ETL accuracy in SQL/SSIS, coordinate releases, report defects, mentor offshore team, and collaborate with DW architects and BI developers to ensure high-quality releases.

Design, develop, and maintain Selenium-based automated test scripts (primarily Java), integrate desktop application workflows (Excel, Access) into end-to-end tests, execute UI and functional tests, debug issues, optimize frameworks, and document results while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
