Partners with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to prioritize UX demand, embed design in delivery, and improve operational visibility through Azure DevOps and Power BI. Establishes standards, critiques, onboarding, and career development while supporting vendor relationships and strategic planning.

Maintains accurate and confidential payroll data, verifies timesheets, processes personnel changes in Dayforce, researches tax issues, calculates deductions, handles employment verification requests, distributes payroll reports, updates processing manuals, troubleshoots issues, supports employees and managers, and improves payroll processes.
