Provide business-focused in-house legal support for commercial contracting, privacy/data protection, government contracting, and corporate governance. Draft, review, and negotiate agreements; advise sales and operational teams; support RFPs and cross-border data transfer issues; conduct legal research and create templates/playbooks; manage outside counsel; and contribute to cross-functional and continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide in-house commercial and corporate contracting support focused on sell-side customer agreements. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts; identify and mitigate legal and commercial risk; create templates/playbooks; manage outside counsel; support banking/credit agreements and dispute management; partner with Sales, Finance, Product and global teams to enable business growth.

Lead design, oversight, and continuous improvement of a global compliance program. Advise executives and business teams on international laws (sanctions, export controls, anti-corruption, antitrust, AI), manage investigations, audits, subpoenas, and outside counsel, partner with Internal Audit and Finance, create policies and controls, deliver training, lead cross-functional compliance initiatives, and supervise and develop a compliance team. Travel 5–15%.
