Leads North American B2B cashflow product strategy, roadmap, execution, and launches. Uses market, customer, and data insights to prioritize opportunities, develop financial services and identity-related products, and expand capabilities through partnerships and integrations. Manages product teams, collaborates with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders, engages senior clients, tracks competition, and supports go-to-market, adoption, revenue growth, and product thought leadership.

Designs and evolves enterprise data and AI platform architecture, enabling privacy-preserving cross-border data products, entity resolution, semantic standards, governed discovery, and AI-agent data access. Leads prototyping, reference implementations, technology adoption, and platform architecture decisions across engineering teams. Mentors engineers while applying expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, data modeling, governance, graph databases, and production operations.

Support enterprise clients through product onboarding, implementation, and ongoing technical assistance. Lead client presentations, troubleshoot production and data-processing issues, manage technical support tickets, and collaborate with Client Services, Sales, and Operations. Develop product expertise and serve as a key client contact through calls and high-touch communication.
