Lead product marketing for ExtraHop's Agentic SOC, shaping category narrative, translating customer and partner insights into launches, sales enablement, content, and go-to-market programs while engaging security practitioners, product, and partners to drive adoption of AI-powered security operations.

Build and maintain production AI/ML models and pipelines for an NDR platform; develop scalable, secure backend services; optimize detection algorithms and reduce false positives; integrate ML features into product architecture; mentor engineers; participate in code reviews, technical strategy, and documentation; operate cloud-native, containerized services and manage infrastructure as code.

Lead architecture and implementation of high-performance software to deploy and operate AI/ML models for network threat detection. Build autonomous AI agent workflows, production ML pipelines, and services; drive cross-team engineering standards, mentor engineers, and represent technical direction to leadership.

Lead the design and optimization of core framework systems, enhance protocol support, resolve performance issues, and mentor junior engineers.

Manage sourcing, vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement operations for internal business functions. Execute RFx support, vendor onboarding, purchase orders in NetSuite, spend analysis, and cross-functional coordination with Legal, Accounting, Finance, and Security to ensure timely, cost-effective procurement.

Sell ExtraHop's NDR platform in an assigned territory by closing new accounts, expanding existing customers, managing channel/reseller relationships, forecasting, and positioning the product for AI-era SOCs. Develop account plans, present demos, gather field intelligence, and meet sales targets while traveling extensively.

The GTM role focuses on increasing revenue through new sales and partnerships, understanding client needs, and communicating product value.

Process and reconcile vendor invoices and payments, support end-to-end accounts payable cycle, assist procurement with PO creation, handle vendor onboarding and ACH setup, back up expense report processing, support payroll accounting, and collaborate with Finance/Procurement to resolve discrepancies and close month- and year-end.

Lead partner strategy and execution to drive enterprise revenue through reseller and referral partners. Build partner programs, onboarding, agreements, enablement, and regional scaling. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, finance, legal, and marketing to align business, negotiate partner agreements globally, and enable partner success.

Lead technical strategy across full sales cycles for enterprise network and security customers. Deliver advanced demos and POCs, map solutions to business drivers, mentor SEs, influence product roadmap, support post-sales adoption, and collaborate with sales, engineering, and partners to close complex deals.

Sell ExtraHops network security analytics to U.S. Federal/Department of War customers by developing territory accounts, engaging senior federal decision-makers, driving new business and renewals, coordinating with resellers and engineers, delivering tailored demos, and executing strategic account plans to meet revenue targets.
