Provide mentorship and technical leadership while supporting secure, reliable, customer-facing platform features across AWS and GCP.

Provides B2B technical support for network security products, troubleshooting hardware, firmware, networking, virtualization, integrations, and complex customer incidents. Handles initial tickets, escalates issues, documents solutions, supports appliance replacements, and communicates with customers through phone, ticketing, and video channels. Collaborates with senior engineers and cross-functional teams while developing expertise in networking infrastructure, cybersecurity, and support processes.
