Serves as the subject matter expert on customs and trade regulations, researches regulatory requirements, audits processes, identifies risks, and implements corrective procedures. Oversees brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, logistics providers, and manufacturing partners to ensure compliant cross-border movement. Maintains documentation and data integrity, develops operating manuals, drives process improvements, and supports internal and external stakeholders on international trade activities.

Build and maintain conversational AI agents and sales intelligence data products for revenue, pipeline, bookings, discounting, and territory analytics. Integrate enterprise systems including Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, and SharePoint; develop semantic models, retrieval pipelines, vector indexes, and evaluation datasets. Partner with sales, finance, IT, and security teams to scope solutions, validate quality, support governance, document capabilities, and enable user adoption.

Leads a North American Solutions Engineering team supporting sales strategy, customer engagements, technology positioning, and quota attainment. Coaches, mentors, hires, and develops Solutions Engineers while partnering with sales, product, enablement, customers, and strategic partners. Provides technical sales leadership, communicates solution value propositions, supports strategic accounts, identifies differentiators, and develops enablement strategies for F5 solutions.
