Lead product marketing for web application firewall (WAF) products: define messaging and positioning, drive go-to-market and pricing strategy, create sales and customer collateral, perform competitive analysis, enable sales and channel partners, launch products, engage customers/analysts/press, and mentor product marketing teammates to drive adoption and revenue.

Serve as senior legal partner for corporate governance, SEC reporting, and strategic transactions. Advise executives and the Board, draft and review SEC filings and board materials, lead domestic and cross-border M&A and investment deals, manage outside counsel, support capital market and disclosure matters, and build legal frameworks, templates, and playbooks to enable efficient, compliant corporate operations.

Lead development of autonomous agentic AI tools for threat research and security use cases. Integrate external/internal feeds, build AI-driven security and technical marketing tools, create pipelines for ingestion, observability, testing, and deployment, and deliver dashboards, reports, demos, and reusable assets while collaborating cross-functionally.
