Manages fixed asset, lease, internal-use software, and cloud computing arrangement accounting under US GAAP. Oversees capitalization, depreciation, amortization, reconciliations, journal entries, reporting, disclosures, monthly close, audits, and SOX controls. Partners cross-functionally with Procurement, IT, FP&A, Legal, Facilities, Tax, and international accounting teams. Drives process standardization, automation, risk identification, and accounting improvements.

Leads F5’s enterprise incident response and cyber crisis management program, coordinating high-severity cyber and product security incidents from detection through recovery and post-incident review. Owns response governance, playbooks, metrics, executive reporting, tabletop exercises, and operational improvements. Provides technical leadership across cloud, identity, endpoint, application, API, Kubernetes, AI, and product security environments while coordinating engineering, legal, privacy, communications, customer support, and business stakeholders.

Lead the vision and expansion of F5’s BIG-IP platform for emerging AI workloads. Develop product strategies, requirements, business cases, financial models, market insights, and go-to-market plans. Direct cross-functional execution across product, engineering, marketing, and sales; evaluate buy-build-partner options; influence executives and analysts; and coach product leaders. The role focuses on AI security, data delivery, enterprise firewall, and hardware solutions.
