As a Wealth Advisor on the Focus Team, you'll grow your client book leveraging technology and resources while maintaining your autonomy. You'll provide wealth management services, access new markets, and mentor junior advisors.

Support a senior advisor and serve clients across retirement, tax strategy, equity compensation, real estate, and estate coordination. Manage new client inquiries, prospect for referrals, use Farther's planning tools, and contribute to team operations and succession planning while growing client ownership over time.
