Sell industrial pumps and mechanical seals across a Pacific Northwest territory. Build and maintain vendor and customer relationships, track sales trends, provide technical support and troubleshooting, assess dimensional fits, deliver product training and presentations, collaborate with branch teams, and drive sales and reliability initiatives.

Lead development of ceiling fan controls and systems including AC/DC/BLDC motor controls, RF/Wi‑Fi/Bluetooth smart-home integration, PCB and 3D CAD design, prototyping and testing, supplier coordination, performance optimization (airflow, noise, energy), compliance, and mentoring junior engineers while supporting post-production troubleshooting.

Lead and manage automation projects from initiation to completion, coordinating contractors, EPCs, sales, vendors, and fabrication. Provide technical recommendations, prepare documentation and submittals, run project meetings and status updates, drive process improvements, and align projects with company product strategy to meet schedule, scope, and budget.
