Manages a portfolio of process-focused customers and national accounts by administering credit policies, contacting customers about delinquent payments, preparing credit and collection reports, resolving problem debts, and minimizing credit losses. The role handles complex credit accounts, supports customer payment portals, maintains positive customer relationships, collaborates with credit management teams, and supports enterprise sales objectives.

Owns and improves product development Stage Gate processes across 21 brands. Leads implementation and ongoing business ownership of a Product Lifecycle Management system, including requirements, workflows, governance, testing, training, deployment, adoption, and enhancements. Partners with vendors, IT, and cross-functional teams to improve product launches, manage dependencies, remove process bottlenecks, and establish consistent product development practices.

Coordinate EPC project activities alongside the Project Manager: manage schedules, monitor construction progress, organize vendor and customer meetings, expedite site purchases, and handle day-to-day project operations to ensure on-time delivery and workflow efficiency.
