Translate business goals into actionable plans, manage cross-functional stakeholders, risks, and dependencies, drive AI evaluation programs, improve workflows and SOPs, track project metrics, partner with technical teams on automation, and mentor project coordinators.

Lead and grow product design teams for Fetch’s mobile consumer app. Drive design strategy, mentor designers, own collective roadmaps, collaborate with Product/Engineering/Research, deliver high-quality mobile UI and user-centered research, and improve cross-team design processes and team health.

Review user accounts and transactions to detect fraud using internal tools and SOPs. Make accurate, high-volume case decisions, escalate exceptions, meet productivity and quality KPIs, track time, and work weekends.
