Lead end-to-end delivery of Life & Annuity product initiatives using both Waterfall and Agile/product delivery models. Define scope, budgets, timelines; run PI planning and program ceremonies; manage risks, dependencies, vendor relationships, and program metrics; coach teams and stakeholders on scaled agile principles and value-stream execution.

Investigate and respond to consumer and agent complaints, support anti-fraud investigations and agent monitoring, manage regulatory inquiries and complaint tracking, draft compliant responses, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements to reduce risk and improve customer experience.

The RVP will grow market share for F&G's annuity products, develop relationships with financial professionals, and execute marketing strategies in a multi-state territory.
