Develop strategic accounts and sales pipelines for emerging manufacturing customers. Identify prototyping and production opportunities, exceed sales quotas, manage Salesforce forecasts, negotiate contracts, and build relationships with engineers, supply chain leaders, and executives. Senior Manufacturing Engineer responsible for reviewing CAD models and drawings, assessing manufacturability, generating quotes, developing cost calculators, and providing DFM/DFA feedback. The role supports custom mechanical manufacturing processes, produces ANSI/ASME Y14.5-compliant drawings, improves automated quoting, and mentors engineers across regional teams. Responsibilities also include cross-functional leadership, technical peer review, supplier collaboration, and maintaining QMS standards in a primarily remote environment.
