Lead and enhance lending compliance across origination, servicing, and secondary markets. Design and oversee a Compliance Management System, ensure federal and state regulatory adherence, manage exams and audits, conduct risk assessments, oversee issue resolution and reporting, and partner cross-functionally to embed compliance into products, operations, and third-party relationships.

Founding member of the tax function responsible for tax strategy, compliance, and ASC 740 provision infrastructure. Manage federal, state, and local filings, audits, transfer pricing, R&D credits, information reporting (1099/1098), and tax implications of blockchain/digital-asset products. Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance to design scalable processes, controls, and SOX-ready workflows.

As a Principal Product Designer, you will lead product design initiatives, collaborating with Product and Engineering to create cohesive user experiences and uphold design standards. You will mentor designers, manage design projects from strategy to execution, and represent design to stakeholders.
