Lead and scale a partner ecosystem (VARs, distributors, MSSPs) across the US West Coast/Canada. Own partner recruiting, onboarding, enablement, joint business planning, co-selling, pipeline management, forecasting, and regional demand generation. Align closely with field sales, Marketing, Product, and leadership to drive partner-sourced revenue, improve channel programs, and provide market/competitive insights.

Own and scale Filigran's technology partner ecosystem: identify partners, negotiate technical alliances, prioritize and drive connector delivery with partners and internal engineering tied to pipeline, enable commercial teams with joint assets, and report ecosystem health and impact to leadership.

Own full enterprise sales cycle across North America, build territory strategy, generate outbound pipeline, close $200K+ ARR deals, leverage AI tools for prospecting, apply MEDDIC, collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Partners to drive long-term customer value.
