Processes reverse mortgage loans from application through closing, ensuring accurate Loan Origination System data, documentation, disclosures, underwriting conditions, regulatory compliance, and timely communication among borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, funders, title companies, and settlement agents. Manages the in-house mortgage processing team and oversees loan pipelines from submission through underwriting, document preparation, funding, and closing. Ensures timely processing, data integrity, regulatory compliance, quality standards, customer service, and efficient workflow distribution. Recruits, trains, coaches, and evaluates staff; resolves operational issues; coordinates with underwriting and other departments; and improves processes and systems to support company growth.

Lead and scale the Emerging Technology program, driving adoption of generative AI, ML, and data science across the company. Oversee program strategy, budget, vendor selection, compliance with SOX/FFIEC, metrics, and pilot governance. Advise senior leadership, deploy ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, SageMaker, Azure ML), build data-driven products, and ensure secure, ethical, and enterprise-scale implementations.

Lead architecture, engineering, automation, and integration of enterprise IAM and access governance. Define IAM standards, drive RBAC and privileged access governance, automate lifecycle processes, integrate HRIS/ITSM, evaluate IGA platforms, and partner with security and operations to improve identity security and compliance.
