Perform and manage QC audits to assess compliance with HUD, state, and federal requirements for reverse and conventional mortgage products. Maintain and update QC checklists, ensure findings are addressed in the LOS, communicate results, meet review timelines, assist leadership with audit process improvements, and ensure fair lending and net benefit compliance.

The Software Developer designs, builds, and maintains custom software solutions, collaborating closely with product owners and development teams to deliver high-quality software while participating in Agile Scrum ceremonies.
