Manage enterprise and mid-market customer relationships from implementation and onboarding through adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansion. Lead integration reviews, business reviews, success planning, escalations, and executive communications. Collaborate with engineering, support, and product teams to resolve issues and identify upsell opportunities. Maintain customer records in Salesforce and Planhat while helping scale customer success processes in a fully remote environment.

Build and scale high-performance backend systems, APIs, microservices, and real-time data processing infrastructure for fraud detection. Responsibilities include system design, API optimization, performance tuning, debugging, testing, root-cause analysis, cross-functional integration, on-call participation, and mentoring junior engineers. The role requires expertise in Go and/or Node.js, scalable distributed systems, databases, observability, and reliable deployment practices in a fully remote environment.

Design, build, operate, and improve cloud infrastructure, deployment systems, observability, developer tooling, and distributed systems. Own infrastructure products end to end, manage systems with Terraform, support scalable AWS and Kubernetes environments, operate Redis/ElastiCache, participate in incident response, improve reliability and performance, and mentor engineers while collaborating across teams.
