Serve as trusted advisor to onboard and drive adoption for a portfolio of Mid‑Market/Enterprise SaaS customers. Manage renewals, monitor customer health, resolve issues with product and support teams, provide best‑practice recommendations, run regular meetings, and mitigate churn. Fully remote (US) role; travel may be required.

Own the end-to-end data lifecycle for a device intelligence platform: define data collection instrumentation, manage ingestion/storage/processing, and drive analytics, API, and dashboard experiences. Prioritize roadmap across JS Agent, Server APIs, Dashboard, and MCP; run planning, write PRDs, manage migrations, and coordinate launches and customer enablement.

Execute high-volume outbound prospecting across email, phone, video and LinkedIn to generate pipeline for fraud, identity, payments, and risk personas. Qualify opportunities using PACTA, manage ABM coverage, enroll contacts in HubSpot sequences, track engagement, maintain CRM hygiene, and hand off qualified meetings to Account Executives. Hit weekly activity targets and participate in team reviews to optimize outreach.
