Drive mid-market US enterprise sales for Fireblocks by prospecting, account and territory planning, building customer relationships, achieving revenue targets, supporting co-sell motions, and maintaining CRM while working with BDRs, Sales Engineers, and GTM teams.

Design and implement native mobile SDKs, focusing on performance and reliability. Own features end-to-end and build secure, reliable SDK components for wallet operations. Collaborate with teams for quality and operational excellence.

Provide frontline technical support for Fireblocks' SaaS platform, resolving customer issues via Slack and other tools, escalating complex cases, participating in incident response, documenting cases, and contributing to process improvements. Work US-Pacific hours on a fixed Wed–Sun schedule after training, collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success in crypto and DeFi environments.
