Build relationships with executive decision-makers, conduct discovery and demos, design solutions, negotiate contracts, and exceed revenue targets. Develop high-value pipelines through outbound prospecting and consultative selling, while partnering with Customer Success, Product, and Integration Solutions. Help refine sales playbooks and go-to-market processes in a fast-growing environment.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Firework’s SaaS and video commerce platform, from outbound prospecting through negotiation and close. Build account plans, generate demand, engage executive stakeholders, design solutions, manage complex deals, and achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Integration Solutions, provide product feedback, track pipeline and sales KPIs, and attend client meetings and industry events.

Own strategic partnership and business development initiatives from opportunity identification through execution. Manage partner relationships, develop proposals and business cases, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, support API and product integrations, track deliverables, and prepare executive communications. Research partners, markets, competitors, and industry trends while supporting strategic evaluations and corporate development projects.
