Responsible for planning and executing sales strategy, managing a sales team, and developing talent while driving revenue growth in a defined territory.

Manage all aspects of title insurance and escrow claims from investigation and coverage determination through resolution. Negotiate settlements, oversee outside litigation counsel, appear in court/mediations/trials, manage budgets and reserves, direct litigation strategy, and pursue recovery sources for complex real estate and insurance disputes.

Provide legal underwriting support and authorization for commercial real estate title insurance commitments and policies; apply underwriting standards, guide settlement services, issue underwriting guidelines, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage risk and provide solutions.

Perform and review commercial title searches; analyze liens, easements, surveys and records; price commitments and endorsements; review deeds and corporate documents; select commitment/policy write-ups; coordinate resolution and closing processes; escalate or consult attorneys as needed.
