Manage title insurance claims end-to-end: investigate facts, assess coverage and loss, develop resolution strategies, retain and direct outside counsel, negotiate settlements, appear in court/mediations, manage budgets and reserves, and pursue recovery sources.

Manage all aspects of title insurance and escrow claims from investigation and coverage determination through resolution. Negotiate settlements, oversee outside litigation counsel, appear in court/mediations/trials, manage budgets and reserves, direct litigation strategy, and pursue recovery sources for complex real estate and insurance disputes.
