Manage title insurance claims from intake to resolution: investigate and evaluate claims, set reserves, determine coverage, retain and manage outside counsel, negotiate settlements, attend mediations/court, approve invoices, and pursue recovery when appropriate.

Manage all aspects of title insurance and escrow claims from investigation and coverage determination through resolution. Negotiate settlements, oversee outside litigation counsel, appear in court/mediations/trials, manage budgets and reserves, direct litigation strategy, and pursue recovery sources for complex real estate and insurance disputes.

As Sales Manager, you will lead a sales team, develop market strategies, foster team collaboration, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the Seattle market.
