Provides legal underwriting counsel and authorization for commercial real estate title insurance commitments and policies. Applies underwriting standards within delegated authority, advises personnel and agents on real estate settlement services, develops underwriting guidelines, and evaluates complex real estate transactions. Requires a law degree, active bar admission, and substantial title underwriting and real estate law experience.

Investigates, evaluates, and resolves title insurance claims, determines coverage liability, establishes reserves, manages litigation, retains and oversees outside counsel, negotiates settlements, attends mediations and court proceedings, reviews legal invoices, and evaluates recovery opportunities.

As Sales Manager, you will lead a sales team, develop market strategies, foster team collaboration, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the Seattle market.
