Blended recruiting and HR Business Partner role responsible for full-cycle sourcing, hiring strategy, manager coaching, employee relations, talent management, succession planning, performance management, engagement initiatives, workforce reporting, and HR compliance. The position advises business leaders, develops talent pipelines, supports organizational effectiveness, and maintains recruiting and employee records.

Develop and extend Salesforce (Experience Cloud) solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows and APIs. Integrate systems via MuleSoft/iPaaS, follow DevOps and release processes, troubleshoot issues, document code, and support ongoing platform improvements to enhance customer experience.

Manage the commercial lending function ensuring compliance, mentoring staff, and supporting sales efforts while overseeing loan portfolio analysis and credit documentation.
