Coordinate the full lifecycle of live and simu-live webinars, including platform setup, registration, speaker preparation, rehearsals, live moderation, technical troubleshooting, follow-up communications, and reporting. Use Zoom Webinars, Zuddl, Marketo, and Salesforce to manage campaigns and lead handoffs. Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Creative teams to execute integrated campaigns, maintain webinar processes, analyze engagement and conversion metrics, and improve attendee experiences.

Owns partner marketing programs for resellers and service providers, including joint go-to-market planning, co-branded demand generation, webinars, ABM, incentives, and partner-led events. Manages MDF budgets, pipeline goals, ROI tracking, partner enablement assets, and customer success stories. Builds partner relationships, advocates internally for partner needs, and collaborates with sales and marketing teams to drive partner-influenced revenue.

Provides high-level executive assistance to an EVP of Sales, including calendar and travel management, meeting preparation, correspondence, reports, events, expenses, procurement, approvals, onboarding, and special projects. Partners with cross-functional leaders, tracks priorities and action items, maintains confidentiality, improves administrative processes, and supports a distributed workforce using collaboration and conferencing tools.
