Lead global pricing strategy, governance, and operations for B2B engineer-to-order sales. Provide pricing recommendations, manage discount policies and approval matrices, oversee pricing tools (ERP/configurators/contracts), drive deal reviews, monitor price realization and margin performance, and identify revenue/margin improvement opportunities.

Provide administrative and CRM-driven support to the sales team: prepare quotes, create sales orders, monitor pipeline performance, produce sales reports, research opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional communication to help grow revenue and customer relationships.

Administer and govern PDM/PLM systems (Autodesk Vault, SolidWorks PDM, PTC Windchill). Ensure engineering data integrity, BOM and item/master alignment, troubleshoot multi-CAD issues, support upgrades, migrations, and governance activities, and collaborate with engineering, IT, manufacturing, and business stakeholders.
