Design, architect, and implement reliable cloud-based software systems that directly impact customers. Collaborate with customer stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver large-scale technical projects from conception through release. Support team growth, promote autonomous development, and build resilient systems using service-oriented or microservice architectures.

Support day-to-day operations for medium, moderately complex accounts by managing warehouse readiness, monitoring site performance, and running process-improvement projects. Serve as a platform expert, conduct software demos, analyze KPIs, maintain SOPs, and advise junior staff. Collaborate with customers and warehouse operators and support strategic initiatives and QBRs.

Manages relationships and business plans for enterprise logistics customers, focusing on account profitability, growth, retention, pricing, forecasting, and service delivery. Responsibilities include resolving client issues, negotiating contracts, leading business reviews, analyzing account data, developing corrective actions and SOPs, coordinating internal stakeholders, presenting performance reports, and mentoring peers. Requires supply chain or logistics account management experience and familiarity with enterprise supply chain technologies.
