Provide multi-channel customer support (phone, email, live chat); troubleshoot software and hardware issues; manage a personal support queue and escalations; collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success; and author/update Help Center articles to reduce recurring tickets. Weekend shift availability required.

Own the cloud video product roadmap for onboarding, live viewing, playback, management, and search. Lead platform strategy and third-party integrations, partner with Engineering/Design/Go-to-Market/Customer Success, run customer discovery, and establish metrics to evaluate video performance and engagement.

Lead and mentor a software engineering team (player-coach) to build and maintain mission-critical device monitoring, alerting, and internal health tooling. Drive technical strategy and microservices design, contribute full‑stack TypeScript/Node.js/React code, and manage containerized deployments with Docker, Kubernetes/Helm and AWS services (S3, API Gateway, SQS). Collaborate cross-functionally and use AI-assisted developer tools to increase team velocity.
