Develop and maintain Ford’s access management and authorization platform using Java and modern full-stack technologies. Design secure, scalable microservices and APIs, implement automated testing and CI/CD improvements, monitor production systems, troubleshoot incidents, and participate in rotational 24x7 on-call support. The role also includes roadmap management, architecture, mentoring, Agile collaboration, candidate interviewing, and continuous improvements to platform stability, security, and efficiency.

Leads organizational change management for complex enterprise transformations, including strategy, sponsorship, stakeholder engagement, impact and readiness assessments, communications, adoption analytics, go-live preparation, stabilization, and sustainment. Advises senior leaders, coordinates cross-functional partners, leads change professionals, manages OCM governance and risks, and establishes standards and reporting across transformation programs.

Leads post-contract delivery of complex utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems and integrated infrastructure projects from contract signing through commissioning. Oversees timelines, risks, financial performance, stakeholder coordination, EPC contractors, utilities, and customer escalations. Applies and improves PMO processes, delivery playbooks, and stage-gate controls while mentoring peers and driving consensus across Sales, Service, Engineering, Finance, and external partners.
