Design ETL pipelines from MES and equipment systems into data warehouses, support PROMIS MES implementation and upgrades, optimize system performance, troubleshoot complex high-availability issues, and collaborate with IT, operations, and engineering to drive automation and continuous manufacturing improvements.

Lead and grow an RF probe card design team to deliver advanced RF/microwave probe card solutions. Own technical direction, design methodologies, resource planning, cross-functional collaboration, design-for-manufacturability, process improvements, automation initiatives, and on-time delivery across product lifecycles.

Lead Salesforce administration and business systems analysis to support Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing. Manage user access, data quality, configurations, releases, and UAT. Gather requirements, document processes, design scalable CRM solutions, and coordinate with developers and stakeholders to deliver enhancements and drive adoption.
