Leads Gordian’s procurement operations across the Pacific and Central West regions through Regional Directors. Owns revenue, margin, client retention, operational efficiency, scalability, and execution quality. Drives cross-regional operational improvements, structured problem solving, growth enablement, financial discipline, executive partnerships, and succession planning. Requires strong operational, procurement, construction, financial, people-leadership, and change-management expertise, with travel of approximately 40–50% across the West region.

Lead global accounting and financial reporting, manage multiple accounting teams, ensure timely close and compliance with IFRS/US GAAP, oversee external audits and internal controls, drive process improvements, and partner with cross-functional leaders to support strategic initiatives.

The Product Manager will oversee the development of digital healthcare products, align strategies with business goals, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
