Leads a controls support engineering team responsible for post-commissioned warehouse automation systems. Oversees technical issue resolution, escalations, resource allocation, documentation, system reliability, and customer satisfaction. Develops measurable cross-training programs across multiple controls platforms, tracks capability progress through KPIs and skills matrices, and mentors team members. Collaborates with software, mechanical, and site operations teams to improve system performance and support processes.

Owns the end-to-end Problem Management lifecycle for recurring and high-impact incidents affecting warehouse automation systems. Leads root-cause analysis, maintains problem records and known-error documentation, coordinates corrective and preventive actions, supports major incidents, and validates permanent fixes. Investigates issues across WES, WCS, WMS, PLCs, robotics, infrastructure, databases, networks, and integrations. Partners with engineering, operations, support, customers, and vendors while coordinating change and release activities to improve reliability and reduce operational disruption.

Manages material handling projects up to $40 million, owning scope, schedule, budget, engineering coordination, installation issues, subcontractor relationships, and customer communications. The role requires on-site project management for approximately 50% of the time, detailed scheduling, progress analysis, tactical decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and department talent development.
