Leads complex, cross-functional IT projects involving enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud, clinical systems, and business transformation. Partners with senior leaders and technical teams to establish plans, manage scope, cost, timelines, risks, and stakeholder alignment. Develops implementation strategies, resolves issues, supports change management, communicates project metrics, advances PMO practices, and mentors junior project managers.

Manages financial operations for industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated clinical trials. Responsibilities include coverage analysis, study calendar and budget development, contract and billing-grid review, startup documentation, post-award financial monitoring, budget-to-actual reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, and process improvement. The role collaborates with clinical trial teams, faculty, sponsors, regulatory offices, and research partners while ensuring compliance with billing, reimbursement, and financial requirements.
