Lead cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams through full project lifecycles, serving as primary client contact. Manage scope, budget, risks, PI planning, reporting, estimations, SOWs, and resource forecasts. Mentor junior PMs, resolve conflicts, approve invoices, and drive process improvements. Requires frequent monthly travel to client sites.

Lead AI strategy engagements across digital and physical domains, translate AI trends into business cases and roadmaps, advise C-suite, design LLM/agentic and edge/robotics strategies, partner with engineers and designers, define governance and ethical AI, and support delivery through workshops, prototyping, and client-facing consulting.
