FTI's Skills Accelerate program hires recent graduates as Technology Consultants or Advanced Analytics Researchers to learn e-discovery, digital forensics, advanced analytics, and document review. Consultants work on client-facing engagements across investigations, litigation support, data privacy, and project management, receiving coaching and formal development and potential full-time placement post-graduation.

Lead configuration, maintenance, and tenant management for Workday Absence and related modules. Troubleshoot issues, manage change and release processes, ensure data integrity and security, run audits and reporting, migrate changes across environments, coordinate bi-annual releases, and partner with HR and cross-functional teams to drive adoption and roadmap execution.

Join project teams to support clients with economic analysis and client-facing work. Collaborate with senior staff, select a practice area/location, travel to client sites and offices, and engage in on-the-job learning, mentorship, and professional development.
