Operate and maintain the Workforce Management function during a six-month contract: validate AI demand forecasts, translate forecasts into staffing and schedules, manage BPO capacity and invoices, co-own labor cost modeling with Finance, deliver hiring recommendations, maintain reporting cadences, and coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Data Science, and Ops leadership.

Lead and execute full-lifecycle technical recruiting for engineering, data science, ML/AI, infrastructure, and security. Build and manage a high-performing technical recruiting team, implement scalable processes and AI-enabled sourcing tools, partner with engineering leadership for hiring strategy, and track recruiting metrics to continuously improve quality and efficiency.

Strategic individual contributor partnering with C-suite and senior leaders across G&A, GTM, and Clinical to shape org strategy, structure, talent, and leadership. Drive hiring, performance management, restructuring, and organizational effectiveness during rapid growth, coaching leaders to build high-performing teams and reduce friction while scaling.
