Teams at Function Health

Senior individual contributor responsible for end-to-end product design across mobile and web, including product flows, polished UI, design systems, critical funnels, membership and commerce experiences, AI-native interactions, and health-related user journeys. The role requires presenting design rationale, using research and analytics to measure impact, and enabling an AI-accelerated engineering team to ship consistent, high-quality work.

Own product marketing strategy and execution across launches, go-to-market planning, enterprise enablement, product positioning, cross-sell initiatives, and member engagement. Lead messaging for Function’s integrated health and imaging products, optimize customer journeys, conduct user and market research, and translate insights into product and marketing recommendations. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Design, Enterprise, Ezra, and Research teams.

Own clinical quality for member-facing AI products by partnering with product, engineering, and clinical teams. Design clinical AI evaluations, define quality thresholds and rubrics, assess accuracy, omissions, hallucinations, medication-safety risks, and translate clinical reasoning into prompts and decision logic. Monitor evolving evidence and standards of care, validate product launches, and communicate findings to technical and clinical audiences.
