Handle backups, archiving, security, performance tuning, ETL/SSIS and cloud data pipelines, and support reporting, DevOps, and application teams. Monitor jobs, troubleshoot issues, implement best practices, and drive automation and optimization across dev/staging/production environments.

Partner with the Office of the CEO to perform market sizing, competitive analysis, financial and market modeling, and prepare executive materials. Support M&A evaluation and private equity processes, track business metrics, and run cross-functional strategic analyses to inform investment and growth decisions.

Drive high-volume outbound prospecting across Enterprise and SMB in agriculture, construction, and trucking. Build lists, research accounts, personalize outreach, set qualified meetings for AEs, perform early discovery, maintain same-day Salesforce updates, collaborate with Revenue teams, and attend trade shows to generate leads.
