Own product and engineering as a technical co-founder, writing production code and leading architecture, reliability, observability, AI delivery infrastructure, unit economics, roadmap, customer-facing technical work, and founding-team recruitment. Harden the AI voice front desk for production, scale managed AI worker delivery, balance quality and cost, support legal privacy requirements, and expand the platform into additional AI staff roles.

Co-found and lead the technical direction of a new B2B AI venture. Own problem framing, architecture, system design, product development, customer discovery, verification, fundraising support, and eventual technical team building. Build maintainable AI and agentic systems that solve real customer workflows, prioritizing traction before scale. This is a full-time, exclusive founder partnership with meaningful equity and authority across product, technology, hiring, fundraising, and strategy.

Lead Crossfoot as co-founder and CEO, setting venture strategy, refining pricing and positioning, developing CPA firm customers, overseeing V1 product delivery, raising seed capital, recruiting the founding team, and establishing company culture. The role requires deep CPA-firm accounting expertise, B2B AI or SaaS go-to-market experience, fundraising ability, and prior venture-backed founding experience. Compensation is founder equity rather than salary.
